As a life Enrichment Assistant, your role will be to develop and implement engaging and purposeful activity programs that promote socialization, improve well-being, and enrich the quality of life for our senior residents. This exciting role calls for an individual who can create a vibrant, stimulating environment and foster a sense of community within our residential facility.


Job Responsibilities:
Photography of Daily Activities: Capture candid and staged photos of daily activities within the facility, ensuring to represent the vibrant atmosphere and engagement of residents.
Work closely with the Activities Director to understand key events and moments to document.

File Management: Collect and organize photos from the Executive Director (ED) to ensure accurate record-keeping of all visual materials. Upload and manage photos on the facility's designated platforms, ensuring proper storage and organization.

Tagging Families: Tag photos with relevant family members in the system and ensure they are accessible to them through internal platforms or communication channels.

Assisting with Activity Organization: Provide support to the Activities Director by helping organize and prepare for daily activities and events at the facility. Assist with setting up, coordinating, and managing various activity-related tasks.

Collaboration & Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Activities Director and ED to ensure alignment on photography needs and activity plans.
Work with other team members to ensure that all activities are captured and that photo documentation aligns with family expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
 
  1. High School Graduate
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
  3. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living community.
  4. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of residents, staff, and community partners.
